  • First computer was an Apple IIC+ with GEOS desktop publishing software; earliest computer-aided designs were done around age 10
  • B.S. in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2003
  • Designed individual advertisements and marketing campaigns that have run in Lavender Magazine, one of the largest LGBT publications in the U.S.
  • Areas of aesthetic interest include: typography (modern and typewritten influences); urban decay / grunge; pop icon reappropriation; camp; and drama, theatrical and music event advertising (especially poster and large print)
  • Winner of Minnesota Extension Association of Family Consumer Science and National Extension Association of Family & Consumer Sciences Marketing Package Award, First Place, Central Region
  • Served as graphic designer and co-instructional designer for "Introduction to Alcohol Use On Campus: A Seminar for Parents," which was featured on KSTP (ABC affiliate in the Twin Cities)
